After the scope is clearly defined we will give you a cost that meets the unique needs of your project. Then we will define a construction plan free of the common pitfalls of endless change orders, cost and time overruns and lack of communication.
BUILD
We meet with your onsite property management to define the construction process which includes construction commencement, deadlines and facility specific construction needs. We provide you with completion trackers allowing managers to stay informed on the construction process, and define the acceptance of completed work.
DISCOVER
We support onsite management in record keeping and the care of the updated material and equipment for the residents use. You enjoy the results of a quality construction experience that allows you to discover the True Value of your property!

Ben has 20 years of construction experience that include project management of large out-of-ground structures as well as renovation of large healthcare facilities, commercial property build out, interior home renovation, and high end finish carpentry.
